I have used Mr. Howell several times for speeding tickets. Never having the hassle of going to court was great. Communication was always on point I work alot so if I missed their call there would be a lovely message. Once the case was finished I would make payments via phone and receive all my other information via email it was just wonderful. Never getting points on my license and always working with me with payment options.

I received a speeding ticket while traveling through NC and my failure to appear resulted in an inability to renew my license in Los Angeles. Mr. Howell's staff was more than pleasant, patient and extremely informative. Mr. Howell handled the citation with the court in record time resulting in a dismissal. Amazing service and keep up the good work.

I met him in court and was impressed by him. I tried to make an appointment and the person who answered his phone did the best version of telling me to find someone else. She never asked my name, wouldn't schedule an appointment but wanted to take a payment from.me. i wanted to discuss my trespassing charge, subpoena witnesses and she actually said that wasn't necessary. Unless his mom answered his phone he needs a professional to run his office. When you're facing 20 days for a clash with a neighbor over parking ,she doesn't make you feel secure. I'd say no to this man if you're dealing with anything over a speeding ticket

I paid a big amount for attorney and court fees, attended 8 hours driving class, paid volunteer hours and still got points for a simple speed ticket. In a worse scenario two years later, I paid way less without points, no volunteer hours, no driving classes with a different attorney.

I had a great experience with Randall Howell's office. I got a speeding ticket (first one in 10 years). I called his office and his assistant answered. She asked all the right questions, and said they would take care of it for a flat fee, and that is exactly what happened. Randall went to court on my behalf, and took care of everything. They were proactive with communication, and I received a letter that the matter was settled within 2 business days. I was very pleased with the whole process.
