Great experience! Much different than we expected. Everyone is the office was so friendly, pleasant and helpful. One of the things we liked was the seminar that we attended prior to the appt. Mr. Toman answered a lot of our questions at the seminar which saved time at our appt. He is very knowledgeable in elder law. We now have peace of mind in the event that something happens to my husband or myself. We would definitely recommend Dennis Toman.

I checked 'exceeded expectations' but I knew beforehand that I would get exceptional, outstanding care. At a very low point in my life (after the death of my sister) I needed help and knew the Tomans to be an honorable family. Donna Elmore was my personal confidant from the beginning and she handled all the legal matters with the court and kept me abreast of every move. She was kind, caring, professional, and focused on my many needs. I never felt that she was rushing me even though I was always full of questions.

The seminar was so helpful. We appreciate the advice and “listening” so sincerely to our concerns. Superior estate planning documents that addressed our needs and alleviated our concerns for the future.

Dennis had prepared our wills some years ago and nothing much changed. Then my wife died and everything had to be changed. The firm offers great service and attention to detail. His associate Elizabeth did a great job explaining all the documents. Paralegal Donna assisted me with DMV documents and superior court document preparation to get the vehicle in my name. Dennis explained options for Long Term Health Care and I have not done anything yet but did get some quotes. Great group of people from receptionist on up to the top.

Dennis has assisted me with a number of issues over the last 20 years and I have been very pleased with his service. He has drawn up wills, reviewed my parents wills, assisted us after my parents passed away and advised and drawn up various documents to assist my in-laws. I have used several attorneys over the years but Dennis has been the best. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients.
