WOW, where to begin…This firm and particularly my attorney, Brian Walker, is nothing short of amazing. Brian and his entire staff to include his partners, office personnel and receptionist(s) are always pleasant, polite, courtesy and professional. Being a 25 year retired veteran police officer, I certainly believe I am in a position to evaluate a firm as well as an attorney and I have to say Brian Walker is hands down, one of the most knowledgeable, brilliant, sharp, clever and patient attorneys I have ever come across. Let me start with this, Jason is an amazing criminal defense lawyer! I was charged with a misdemeanor due to a situation of “wrong time, wrong place.” In my original search for a criminal defense lawyer, I struggled to find a lawyer that I somewhat trusted with my charge because I did not reside in the city of where I was charged. Jason was the only lawyer out of several that I called in Guilford county that seemed personable and trustworthy. I spoke with him directly on the phone for a free quote and to explain my situation. He was able to reassure me about the possible solutions for my charge. For my original court date, the DA wanted to defer dismiss my case but ultimately what I wanted was a voluntary dismissal. Jason was able to move my court date in the hopes that if my case was put before another DA the end result would be a voluntary dismissal. By the grace of the gods and all that’s good, my case was voluntarily dismissed the second time around. My family and I thank Jason for his hard work on my case. Also, another plus about Jason is that now he has hired someone who speaks fluent Spanish. Often times when people are charged in a country in which they do not speak the native language, they may be underrepresented and this is a great addition to Jason’s team. Thank you again!
