I was not just a file number. Listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to provide it or get as close as possible to it. Did not have to pull teeth to get in contact with. Made sure if my lawyer wasn't available a associate at least spoke with me to keep me up to date with whats going on. Hands down made me feel as comfortable and confident about my case as anyone could.
