My experience with Ward Black was more than negative, it was cruel, as I was dealing with a severe reaction to a flu vaccine. Working with Ward Black multiplied my discomfort. For three months, I was sent on a wild goose chase requesting a specific medical record I was told is a "VIS" - Vaccine Information Statement yet my provider insisted there is no such VIS document that contained specific information claimed by the Ward Black administrator. Escalating this concern to the Attorney did produce the vaccine information but also contained a shocking statement (paraphrasing) "we may be overbooked and unable to continue with your case" where I was told a decision would be made the following business day. Nothing heard. Following the missed promised date I received a notice that, after three anxious months of me chasing the mysterious VIS document, I was informed the firm's case load was too excessive to continue as my representative...this, after THREE months of unconscionable unrest added to my acute symptoms including loss of use of my left arm, severe shoulder pain, and all the while, I did my best efforts to provide the requested information. My final act was to email the owner of Ward Black and failed to receive the courtesy of a response. So, consider yourself warned at the unprofessional and even cruel treatment Ward Black exhibited to a suffering client. And likely now will come a fake reply of insincere regret for my experience and best wishes like so many other negative reviews have prompted from the owner. To anyone else suffering an adverse vaccine reaction, you have my sympathies...to anyone trusting Ward Black for representation, you have my warning. Good luck to us all if this is what legal representation has come to in the realm of justice sought, in this case, injustice was done.
