I consulted with Attorney Peraldo after what I thought to be a simple car accident. Initially I felt I would be ok but eventually realized that I had an injury that would require ongoing medical attention. Over the next few weeks after the accident my injury was confirmed by a doctor, treated with therapy and to my surprise I needed surgery! Watching the commercials made me nervous because although I did seek medical treatment immediately this problem grew to the point I needed surgery and I had not retained an attorney. Attorney Peraldo did not turn his back but instead he took me in and fought for me and with me in my unique situation. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Attorney Jeffrey K. I was involved in an accident while in Weaverville,N.C. Unfortunately I was knocked off of a Bar Height stool while in a restaurant landing flat on my back on a concrete floor.The result was a fracture in my vertebrae.I had a procedure done called a kyphoplasty leaving me with a large copay and months of physical therapy.Jeff was diligent,polite and got the job done.I was then awarded the difference between my insurance and the copay.
