Mr.Townsend is a magnificent attorney to say the least.In my case he went above and beyond to get the outcome in my best interest.He showed support and knowledge and kept in contact as if I was a close relative.Through out the case I had situations arise that I would lose focus about the case and Mr.Townsend was understanding and carried the load himself I can't praise this man enough if you need an attorney to fight for you selflessly go to no one other than J Murphy Townsend

I would Use J Murphy Townsend again and would urge anyone looking for a good attorney to do the same . I found his fees to be very reasonable and he did just what he told me he wanted to do. I had an old traffic violation for a DUII accompanied with a Failure to appear from 1997. The court issued a warrant for my arrest and suspended my driver's license indefenantly. I've moved that same year to Oregon. I tried to find a resolvable solution but was told by the clerk of court that I needed to return to NC in able to settle the issue. It now being 19 years 9 months later without a driver's licenses I went through an Attorney Referral Agency for which they referred me to Mr.Townsend. I contacted Mr. Townsend and filled him in on the whole issue and asked if he was able to help or direct me in which direction I needed to go without having to return to NC. Mr. Townsend was very informative and open as to what he could or could not do in my case and wanted to review my case before making any final judgments and would get back with me . I received a call from Mr. Townsend telling me he felt very confident that he could have the warrant dropped and the charges dismissed based on the age of the case. He also shared what to expect as the worst that could happen. I really felt that Mr. Townsend did have my best of interest at concern and he kept me up dated through the whole process and so was not blind sighted or left caught off guard with incurring cost. Mr, Townsend was always up front with me from the very begining and laid everything out from the start what to expect and about the cost involved. Mr.Townsend actually saved me money and had the charges dismissed. I am more than just grateful for the integrity, honesty, and compassion illistrated by Mr. Townsend's dedication to me as his client.
