Attorney Jon Parisi immediately accepted my mother’s estate/probate case. My amazing and beloved mother unexpectedly passed away in July 2023; she was everything to me and my brother and we still grieve profoundly. We didn’t seek help with her estate until 2024. Jonathan was very understanding and was willing to work with me for my particular situation. He was able to get in touch with people that where just not responding to my calls and emails. I met Jonathan at a Western Carolina University Alumni Event. Shortly after meeting Jonathan I obtained his services in representing me in a arbitration process between myself and General Motors eg. New Motor Vehicles Warranties Act (N.C.G.S. 20-351). During this process Jonathan listened to my detailed description and agonies of trying to navigate this process by myself. Jonathon turned my facts and documentation into a very detailed document and submitted it for arbitration. The arbitrator sided with the case that Jonathan presented. Jonathan is a very good listener, very easy to talk with and outstanding at writing a very detailed and convincing document. I highly trust and recommend Jonathan and plan on working with him in the near future on my estate planning.
