Susan Hunt Law did a great job creating an estate plan for us, including wills, trust, powers of attorney, health care powers, living wills, and other estate planning documents. Very comprehensive. The most thorough I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them.

10 years later, we went back to Susan Hunt Law to update our Wills and other information. Still a very positive experience.

When should you do estate planning? Yesterday. I speak from experience on three levels: my mother; my sister; myself. They passed 2 years apart with dementia and other complications. Prepared with required documents for this 5+ year scenario, my banker referred me to Susan Hunt Law for my alone estate planning. Having family or being a lone survivor is a juxtaposition of which one is more important for this preparation. I am a legacy donor from my investments so leaving instructions is imperative. The business-family atmosphere working with all 3 team members equally and being guided easily through a process they have developed not to leave one “i” undotted or “t” uncrossed, I rest in peace (no pun intended) knowing everything is in order. Working with Julia at Susan Hunt Law was so easy and helpful. My husband and I had the goal to wrap up 2020 with our Estate Planning documents (will, power of attorneys, etc.) and we did just that. Julia was prompt in her communications and helped explain things that we weren't sure of how to address. We were in a legal plan that provided a "free will" for years before we finally got around to updating our plan. When we received the packet in the mail there was a cover letter describing all of the things that were not covered in what they provided. The Susan Hunt Law team did an outstanding job setting up our Family Trust to ensure everything is in place should something ever happen to either of us.
