I learned so much in my hour’s consultation. Susan really listened to what I want and expressed my will accordingly. I am confident my wishes will be as I want.

We had a consultation phone call from out of state with one of the lawyers. There was some confusion with our payment (that was resolved) but the call was productive and extremely helpful. The result was that we learned that according to NC law, there were several things we learned weren’t necessary to do in our situation. We didn’t use much time on that call so she said we could call her if other questions arise. Only other small thing was no one called us on time as planned so we called in.

We set up a family trust and did our wills. Everyone was down to earth and personable. We learned a lot. The process went well, including coordination with an attorney out of state.
