I had gone to Robert about two separate pending cases that took course over several years. But through out the whole process he kept me up to date, told me his honest opinion and, and went to bat for me when most would have seen a young kid at the time. He helped me so much!

I never leave reviews on Google however it was important I shed truth upon this law firm since the previous reviewer couldn’t have been more INCORRECT. -Andrew is a fantastic attorney who’s handled 3 traffic cases for me now. Through all three traffic cases, I’ve walked away with NO POINTS on my license or insurance. Not only were no points issued to me but 2 of the 3 tickets Andrew successfully had dismissed. (The other reduced to non-moving violation) -Andrew’s father Locke is widely recognized as THE top defense attorney in Greensboro and arguably equally through out all of NC. There’s just not a more passionate defense attorney I’ve ever met. To put this in very few words: If the results presented are anything shy of excellence, Locke is back to the drawing board until he’s satisfied with what he can present to his client. I know this because, with great regret many years ago, I landed myself a laundry list of criminal Felony charges. Locke Clifford not only fought for me to beat every charge to dismissal, he gave me a second chance at life that allowed me to become a successful person. Without Locke’s expertise, I’d of found a prison cell my home for decades.

I had seen the News 2 story about Robert O'Hale and wanted to use him with my DUI. While he is very nice and equally as intelligent, he gave me the opinion that he could handle my case with no problem. It wasn't until after I paid him $1,500 that he shared that he could not get my charge reduced. You can't plea down DUI in NC. You can plea down murder...but not DUI. Of course I didn't know this because I had never had one before. Anyway, after I paid him and I finished my substance abuse class, I tried to call his office to get my driver's license back. I left 3 messages over 3 weeks and never received a return phone call. I finally found out how to get my license back myself and that's what I did. You know, I realize that he's a busy man but I don't know why his office staff just didn't call me back. Even with all of that said, he's a very nice man and if there is a loophole to be found, he'll find it!

I had let a family member of my best friend move into my home when he was released from prison. I am big believer in second chances, so I helped the young man. It seemed it all was going as he was working part-time and going to school full time. Well at about two years after his release my mom was raided by the DEA. It turns out the guy I was helping went back to selling drugs, and he was doing out of my house. He had stashed away a large amount of marijuana in the garage, and when my home was raided it was found there and in the guy's room. Since the garage is a common room in the home, I was also charged, with four felonies. I was refer to Robert by another attorney friend of mine who said he was the best and would make sure that I had the best representation. Since the first time I consulted with Robert he made me feel at ease. He was upfront about what could happen but that he would help prove my innocence. The guilty person never told the truth in the two years the case was in the courts but Robert was always there to provide words of strength, hope, and kindness. I am happy to say that now it is all over! The guilty party is in prison and I am here to write about such an amazing attorney more especially human being. If you want someone to represent you well and be there for you, choose Robert O'hale.

Robert O'hale offered excellent legal representation. I called his office, and he was very prompt in handling my case. He worked with prosecutors to come to a reasonable outcome without ever having to step foot in a courtroom. Not only that but when I emailed him with a question regarding how to fill out paperwork regarding my "criminal" status, he was very courteous and took the time to look into a case that was 3 years old and offer his guidance. And as it turns out, I do not have a "criminal" status thanks to his representation. I would highly recommend Mr. O'hale, as he is very proficient at what he does, and takes his clients seriously.

It is without reservation that I recommend Robert O'Hale, Esq. His office was extremely patient and more than professional. I was placed in a situation that I never thought I would be placed in and while at times I didn't understand his approach or maybe didn't even agree with such. I quickly learned why I was not an attorney but instead engaged one. All of my cases were dismissed. I even got free sodas when I would visit. Robert, Courtney and staff. O-Hale Yes..
