Great service!

We have nothing but "Excellent" to say about Crumley Roberts, Attorneys at Law, Concord NC. Our son was involved in an automobile accident which resulted in injuries which required surgery. Cristy Myers was superb in keeping us apprised of the status of his claims against the other driver, and the insurance companies that were involved. As a result of relying on their help, expertise, and guidance, our son received the medical attention he required, and all bills were paid by insurance companies (both the other drivers as well as his insurance company) that were involved. Cristy was able to answer all our questions, including those that required additional research. She was always quick to respond every time we contacted her. We even had occasion to seek her assistance months after we thought everything was finalized, regarding one of the medical providers claiming that they had unpaid bills. With Cristy's help we were able to show the bills in question had in fact been paid in full. We most certainly would recommend Crumley Roberts Concord office to all our friends and family. My whole experience with this law firm has been fantastic so far! They were quick to send someone two hours away to my home to sign paperwork, they were genuinely sympathetic about my accident, and they've been very patient. The person who helped out the most during this whole process was Mrs. Cristy Myers. Usually I would've expected to have my phone blown up or multiple e-mails sitting in my inbox about nonsense, but I've had the complete opposite experience. She contacts me only when it's necessary, she updates me on important information, and she's always available when I need to contact her. It's a great feeling. I'd suggest giving this place a second look before choosing any other law firm around. I would highly recommend her to work on your case if possible. I'm defiantly going to use them again.
