Crumley Roberts represented my wife when she was involved in a severe auto accident that was caused by another driver which veered head-on into her lane. Cristy patiently worked with us and competently answering our many involved questions. Cristy was always readily available via phone and/or email. If she needed to follow up, it was always done in a timely manner and everything was thoroughly explained. Likewise, if she needed us to provide more information, she always explained exactly what we needed to provide and would kindly prompt/remind us if we forgot something. Crumley Roberts, Attorneys At Law Loved it First of all I would like to say that its not often you can call a law firm that is ranked Top 10 in the country by Newsweek and literally speak to an attorney on your initial call. Then you realize that you don't have a case or you feel like you don't have a case and that same attorney, Dre Fleury is fighting harder for you and your family than you are, that is unheard of. Just so you know, that is what this law firm is all about. They make you feel like you and your family are the only thing on the table. I remember sending emails at crazy hours and getting replies at 1 o'clock in the morning and the reply was not from a paralegal, who by the way picks up the phone every time I call her and never rushes me off the phone. Cristy Myers has made herself available for all our concerns and eagerly listens to everything we are going through. I find myself apologizing and her response is always that she is here for me. It is not what you would expect from a busy law firm. Yes there is money to be made if they win, but there is time and energy they spent if they don't and my case is not simple, it is complex and emotional and I purposely hired them because they are 4 hours away from me and they happily took on the challenge. I will do the research for you, they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (unheard of I tell you) and they have been member for over 10 years. They are part of an elite group of law firms that have won cases over a million dollars. The reason they are so good is undeniable, they have empathy, they care, they pull up their sleeves and get to work and leave no stone uncovered. They did not chase my son's ambulance, I researched and found them because they are the best the entire state of NC has to offer. Don't trust your case to some letter you get in the mail, do your homework, check reviews and you will see what I am talking about!
