I was injured on-the-job back in early 2019 and was receiving very little assistance from my employer in regards of proper medical treatment, needed medications and overall support. I made the phone call and spoke to Jacalyn Ackerman(attorney) for my initial consultation. Ackerman was extremely professional and easy to speak with. After agreeing to represent me, Ackerman put me into contact with her “right-hand-woman” - Leslie Hawley. Leslie provided me with her direct contact number, as well as, her direct text contact number. From that day, and up to the case settlement date, I’ve had the ability to contact Leslie at any given time. Now that the case has settled, I still have the ability to contact Leslie and she is still reaching out to me periodically to ensure that everything, per the settlement agreement, is being adhered to.
