ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAW FIRM I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!! They are a turn them and burn them type law office ..... I was severely injured at work needed surgery on my back after meeting with them and stressing the fact that I can not settle the case I need the company to be responsible! My lawyer pressured me to settle every chance he had. He avoided doing any real work on the assumption I would settle the case and he would collect his 25% with little to no work on his end! So much so that he never even contacted the main witnesses to my work injury so he was not able to be at trail!!!! Luckily I won my case no thanks to them whatsoever. My lawyer made statements that were clearly not true and written differently in the contract I was asked to sign. Do not trust what they tell you read your contract closely because they will be happy to smile look you in the eye and lie through there teeth. To anyone considering going to this law firm would be your biggest mistake I would never recommend or use there services again!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his paralegal Leah. I faced with dread the process of trying to claim SSD. I was already receiving Long Term Disability from a private insurer, and I have friends that had been awaiting a determination for many months and in some cases years. The prospects were depressing. My consultation with Ben left me hopeful, but he cautioned me against being too optimistic, as he informed me of the backlog of cases to be determined. His and Leah's professional yet friendly demeanor left me quite relieved that and convinced that I was in the best of hands. My wife and I had several conversations by phone and email which were promptly returned, if not answered immediately. Imagine my surprise when my case received a fully favorable decision in less than a year! From start to finish, this was much less stressful than I could have ever imagine. Ben is well versed in my disability, and was engaging in conversation. I have recommended him to several friends, however I do not know if anyone took my advice- they may have thought I was exaggerating in my glowing endorsement. I will continue to discuss with anyone the benefits of contacting Ben.
