They're super helpful, but only if you're severely injured. They tell you initially that yes they can absolutely help you and of course they'll make sure you're fairly compensated, but as soon as you sign a contract, that tune changes quickly. Not the place to trust if you really need a fighter. Look elsewhere.

Two years ago, I walked into your office for some advice on an issue with work. it was then that I met Sara Pargason. Little did I know that she would be my paralegal for almost 2 years. Whenever I had any questions, issues, or concerns she was able to answer and address them. If she was in a meeting or on a call, she called me right back.
