I'm really surprised when I see such high rating from people on here. The lower I had was hard to get a hold of. He would say he would call and never would. Also didn't want to fight for me at all. Waiting on my paperwork they did for me and live maybe 15 minutes from them and it's been 3 weeks and still no paperwork. I'm very disappointed.

FELLOW VETERANS RUN AWAY THEY MILK THE CLOCK. Where to begin initially sought service with them for assistance on my VA Disability claims I was already 80 percent and within a week of retaining legal services they got me 90 percent and that is where it went down hill from. Brooke is PARALEGAL and extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to me after my first few interactions with her. But she has this wild impression that she can talk to anyone anyway and because she is a PARALEGAL. So I switch to a different paralegal name Holden and when that happened all the fluid flow of communication between myself and the Dueterman law group cease. As a client I shouldn't have had to constantly check up on them. In some instances I wait for them to contact concerning my claim and longest time I beleive was about a month and half or almost two. So moving forward I have recently received my 100 percent disability unfortunately I had to give the attorney an ultimatum to either get me benefits by the end January or your fired and now there is information they withheld and now I'm not getting all of what I'm owed. Further more it took them almost a year to complete the claim so it feels like the quick jump from 80 to 90 percent was means to trap me into the contact and to try take as much advantage of me and my injuries sustained while in the military from 2008 to 2016. Stay these people are predators use your DAV AND POCKET ALL OF YOUR MONEY ITS YOUR PAIN AND SUFFERING SUFFERING. THIS FIRM DOESNT CARE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY TOU GET TREATED LIKE A BURDEN INSTEAD OF A VALUED CLIENT AGAIN I CANT URGE CELLOWS VETERANS TO STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. LETS BREAK IT DOWN THEY GET 20 PERCENT OF THE BACKPAY SO THE LONGER YOUR CLAIM TAKES THE MORE THEY GET FROM YOU WHILE YOU SUFFER NOT ONLY WITH INJURIES BUT ALSO FINANCIALLY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A PARTNER ABOUT THIS MATTER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SEND AN EMAIL.SO I WOULD SAY ID HOLD MY BREATH BUT IF WE ARE GOING OFF TRACK RECORD THE FIRM . I CANT HOLD MY BREATH FOR A YEAR. RUNAWAY FROM THESE PREDATORS
