Just their for YOUR Money!!, not You or anything else

I interviewed with six law practices in Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem to help me with an auto injury claim. I recieved excuses and limitations with what i could expect with my injury claim from each of these firms until i talked with the Deuterman group. I received courteous, efficient treatment, knowledgeable and attentive counsel and a successful settlement without excuses or limitations. Even though my search was a tedious effort I'm thankful i didn't give up until i found a practice i felt comfortable with and a practice that stood up for me.

I'm sure Deuterman Law group is great at handling most issues. However, if you need assistance with v.a disability, this is not the place. I can only speak from personal experience. No communication. I had to continuously ask for updates. Appeals were done improperly. For example, supplemental claim submitted without any evidence. Without my knowledge of course. It seemed as if they don't have an understanding of how v.a appeals work. I question if the actual attorneys ever see the appeals through. As if the paralegals do the work that the attorneys should be doing. That's why they are being done improperly. Spent almost an entire year an ended walking away due to lack of progress. Told it could take up to 4 years. At the end of the day, the only ones who really benefit from this process dragging out is the attorney's. My advice, seek out a veteran service officer. They are more qualified because they focus solely on v.a benefits and they are free. Good luck!

WOW! Talk about a phenomenal experience once again. Deuterman Law Group is truly about the people and for the people. Jack Waissen was retained for a case and his amazing legal workmanship and handling of the case was seamless. Not to mention the staff and paralegals involved who smoothly transitioned all frontline information and procedures. They have a wonderful staff that is very helpful and friendly. They all made me feel at ease. Everyone I talked to explained things to me so I could easily understand. They stayed in constant contact with me letting me know how my disability case was progressing. I didn't feel like a number or just a client, I felt like a friend. I would definitely recommend and won't hesitate to use them again if I ever need to.

While the process took a long time, I always felt supported and informed by the Deuterman office. We didn't take any steps that were not thoroughly explained, and the outcome was more than satisfactory, suggesting that the basic judgement of the law group about my case was on target.

I was approved for my disability benefits.

Very disappointed with the help or lack there of with my brothers disability case. He has early onset dementia and qualifies for ccompassionate allowance, yet no one seems to be in a hurry to help.someone who has been out of work for over a year. Not to mention the fact that since he filed his claim his cognitive decline has wosened from 18 out of 30 to 12 out of 30. 7 months later he is still waiting to hear if he qualifies or not. I realize alot of the problem is social security but I can't see where this law firm has done anything so far, much less contacted us at all for any reason. Just beware if you expect any kind of update or information. Not gonna happen here. I will never use them again.

I have really enjoyed my brief relationship with the family of employees at the Deuterman law group. A special thanks to Holden for outstanding service, dedication and reliability in handling Veteran claims. I can't say enough great things for the way my claim was handled.
