This is my first time filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I was extremely nervous and worried about the total process. It required alot of paperwork, focus, and patience. But the staff at John Orcutt's office were extremely helpful in walking me through the process. I especially want to thank Merita Blakely, Jill Mast, and the young lady in the Hillsborough office for the excellent and professional way they treated and helped me. I will definitely recommend this office to any of my family or friends in the event that they find themselves needing to file bankruptcy. Thank you all!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I have been trying to file for over 2 months now. I keep getting the runaround and being ignored by Jessica, my advisor. She refuses to answer calls nor emails. I have tried to meet with them face to face multiple times but to no avail. This beyond ridiculous. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. People filing for bankruptcy don't have weeks and weeks and weeks to wait for others to take as much time as they feel like and treat you any way they feel like. Absolutely awful coupled with already having to go through this.

I am beyond frustrated with this office. Paralegals should not be able to "estimate" where you are in your plan. I was told I had 3-4 months remaining on my plan. Three months later in May, I inquired with paralegal again and she said it was at least 4-5 months more. Ok fine. In August I inquired again thinking I was just one maybe two at the worst left on my plan. Now it's 8 months remaining. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... do not tell your clients something you don't know. Do not spew bullshit that you have no clue about!! These are peoples lives that you are dealing with! I do not recommend this office.

I just want to say, Connie Nichols made this process less stressful. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and reassuring with all my questions. The whole team is awesome.
