I am very pleased with the service and results I received from Mrs Arlene. Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed, the communication was the best. The most amazing part was that I actually got to deal with her personally, not a secretary or paralegal. She was always available to answer any questions that I had, and was very prompt when returning calls. She fought hard for me and for that I am forever grateful. While on vacation in North Carolina I had a terrible experience, one that cost me my job, and left me in the hospital for weeks and then in physical therapy for months while I learned how to walk again. Then when I finally got home, there were a pile of bills waiting for me. When I contacted my insurance company I got nothing but the run around, once they found out the person who had run into me had no insurance at all. After that call, I had hope, and after that results. It didn't happen over nite, it was a very long haul, but they were with me very inch of the way.
