I had a bad car wreck on March 12 2016 when someone ran a stop sign. After being in the hospital for a week I called around to find a layer. No one I talked to make me feel as comfortable as Auger & Auger did, nor did no one seem to care about me first and foremost. They help me to see the right doctors when I couldn't get the right help I needed. They would give me a call just to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. I would recommend Auger & Auger if you ever need the best lawyer for a accident. If I ever need a accident lawyer again I know who to call or if anyone I know does I will highly recommend them because Auger & Auger is the best lawyer I ever had.

I am very pleased with the service and results I received from Mrs Arlene. Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed, the communication was the best. The most amazing part was that I actually got to deal with her personally, not a secretary or paralegal. While on vacation in North Carolina I had a terrible experience, one that cost me my job, and left me in the hospital for weeks and then in physical therapy for months while I learned how to walk again. I was unfairly terminated and Phyllis took all the details and documentation I had and was able to negotiate a fair settlement for me. She is great and so is her staff!

We had an issue with a client attempting to take some of our processes, along with a former employee, start a busines and use them to compete. The processes were complicated to describe, but Phyllis was able to digest this information, present it clearly to a judge, win an injunction and eventually resolve the matter to our benefit. She then drafted some confidentiality policies that will help protect us in the future. Highly recommended her for complex business litigation and writing.
