Estate planning is not only for future needs! Since my twenties, I have depended upon Ms. McClanahan's acute legal advice and support for issues ranging from a last-minute power of attorney when moving abroad to a critically-needed advance directive during the current coronavirus pandemic. She is efficient, thorough, communicative, and reliable, and will continue to be my first point of contact for any estate-related issues. I cannot recommend Ms. McClanahan highly enough, and have sent friends and family her way!

My experience with Blaire was phenomenal. She was extremely patient with the fact that I had little knowledge of what I was doing or where to even start with acquiring a Last Will and Testament. She was extremely helpful and detailed in answering every one of my questions (trust me, there were A LOT). She did a great job of explaining the draft of the document and its' confusing legal words to me as a layperson. She was diligent in explaining the next steps to proceed since we were working from a distance (I live in Raleigh). She also worked extremely quickly to get this document done in my time crunch. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for legal help...she is amazing!!

I hired Blaire McClanahan to assist me in getting on will and trust in order. Right from the start, she did an excellent job in guiding me in what I was trying to accomplish. After asking me a few questions and understanding my needs, she was able to draft a copy of my will. The total price was very affordable and painless. I had previously attended one of her workshop that helped me in making my final decision on who I was going to hire to do my final will. The whole experience, from start to finish was pleasant. She wrote me a power of attorney letter before surgery. Her service was quick, accurate and affordable. She fulfilled all of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. Blaire has been very helpful in navigating the legal process required to ensure my brother’s finances are secure. My mother made her wishes known prior to her passing but didn’t safeguard his finances, leaving him susceptible to financial abuse and scams. The guardianship process could have been confusing, time-consuming, and paperwork intensive, if not for Blaire’s experience. She handled the entire process, answered all my questions, and discussed options, including pros and cons. I am very happy with the results and I am able to manage my brother’s finances without time-consuming record keeping.

Hired to do guardianship and normal peppers that come with placring one member in a nursing home. Turned in to a awful mess due to a step child and Blaire and her mom stepped into three hearings and won all three and all in order now. Could not have been nicer both professions and personally, will for ever be grateful and 100% recommend them.
