I’ve been a lawyer in Greensboro, representing Social Security claimants, for over 30 years, have had several cases where my work with clients overlapped Cheryl David’s work. She is extremely competent and great to work with from my viewpoint and that of her clients I’ve heard from.

I contacted Justin Plumer in 2014. He helped with an estate for my stepmother which was complicated. Justin and the team at Cheryl David and Associates got all the research I needed without me having to do anything. At the time I was living 200 + miles away and working full time. This was a huge help for me. I recently needed some receipts from their office and they dug through old files to once again save me time and effort. My husband and I attended a seminar hosted by Cheryl David to get information and help with the papers necessary as a couple approaching the sunset of their lives. We found the presentation extremely helpful as Cheryl and members of her staff covered many topics and we decided to arrange for a private consultation with her. In this meeting she answered all our questions in language we could understand about wills, power of attorney, medical power of attorney, trusts, long term care, Hippa laws, life insurance etc. She covered every aspect she thought pertained to our situation including items we hadn't realized mattered. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and she gave us the feeling she genuinely cared about our situation. Cheryl helped my family through a very tedious time with her kind and professional guidance. I can only say positive (and not enough) about Cheryl. She listened to our needs and helped us make sound decisions to protect our loved ones. What had been a tough situation initially resolved and ended well for all parties.
