If anyone is interested in protecting your financial resources, Cheryl David provides the best method to do so. This has really helped us in planning our future and the future of our family. She and her organization deserve a "job well done" and is clearly cost effective.

After my husband passed away unexpectedly this past spring, I knew I needed to create a will and a trust to protect my family. After a little internet research, I chose Cheryl David based on reviews and her picture, in which she appears to be approachable and caring. Compassionate, caring and competent is exactly what Ms. David is. Her staff, as well, were warm and thorough and all exhibited sensitivity during what has been an extremely difficult time in my life. I appreciate what they did on my behalf and the time they took to explain things. Additionally, I felt her prices were fair. I am grateful knowing that me and my children are now legally protected should anything happen to me (which I don't plan on for at least another 50 years or so).

Wow, it's over! It is huge process if your files are not kept up-to-date. My husband and I put off the organization of all our financial records. We had all the papers, just not organized. Cheryl and staff walk you through the process. Once you complete the work book, you know where everything is and it's all together. It's amazing how good I feel knowing my children will not my have a burden to hassle with after we both die. My children have already thanked us for having this living trust done. My thanks goes to Cheryl David and her great staff.
