Mr Goulder is a first rate experienced, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate immigration attorney. I worked with him for over 2 years. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him without any reservations! In the interest of space and brevity, I will try to highlight a few aspects of my experience with him. 1-Truth in advertising He is very accessible just as he says. I was never given the run-around. Not even once. When I needed to speak with him, I spoke directly with him. 2-Responsive He usually got back to me via email or phone call the same day or within 24 hours. I was never left to wonder what was going on at his end. 3-Honest and trustworthy An example: towards the end of my case, I sent his office a check to replenish my retainer. Mr Goulder returned the check to me telling me I did not need to pay anymore. He could have kept the money and I would have been none the wiser. He kept his word. Each time he said he would do something, he did it when he said he would. 4-Caring and Compassionate I received personal attention and time to deal with my particular set of circumstances. Mr Goulder takes the time. His firm is not the kind that strives to run too many clients through in an hour. US immigration laws are quite complicated and often leave those of us who have to navigate through the system feeling vulnerable and easily taken advantage of. When my case had officially ended and I was no longer a client, something came up and I contacted him. He could no longer handle the matter himself but he took a little bit of his time to provide some guidance including a referral for me. That was above and beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful. Mr Goulder loves his work and truly cares about his clients! It's obvious to see that when you work with him. He also keeps up with his ever-changing area of expertise. Highly recommended!

They denied representing me, but I believe their decision was prematurely made because I was actually offered a settlement by the insurance company a day or two later without a lawyer to represent me. I went to another lawyer in Greensboro, they decided to rep me and once I lawyered up I was offered a bigger settlement AND prolonged chiropractic treatment. However, the woman who I spoke with from Mike's office was very nice. I just did not push them representing me because I knew I had other options and like I said I was offered a settlement about a day later without an attorney. I just needed someone to get me prolonged treatment and I thought Mike's Attorneys could help, but did not.

At a time when other professionals had let me down and I was extremely distressed , Mr Goulder , right from the very first phone conversation , gave me much needed truth and hope for my immigration situation.
