Mr. Hayes was unable to take my case.
However, he was very sincere, kind, and attentive. He explained to me what I needed to know for my situation & referred me to another possible option. My phone call was returned promptly & I was made to feel like I matter. If I have something else in the future I plan to call here first & would definitely recommend to others.
