Keith successfully negotiated a settlement and enforced the execution of the terms within my tight deadline. Getting all parties to meet these tough deadlines was key to the success of my case. I cannot thank them enough for always being responsive to my emails and the professionalism they showed throughout. I can finally put this behind me. Note: our entire case was handled remotely through phone and emails. Such a blessing during these times when in person meetings are just not practical.

Terrible. Drove 1400 miles to close. BSB did not inform closing attorney we were coming. Sat for hours waiting on a price of paper that should have been dealt with weeks ago. I’m now out $600 on moving truck and movers because I can’t get into the house. Worst experience for me in dealing with house purchase. Got the feeling that they don’t give a damn about the client. No apology just excuse after excuse!!! and still no keys!!! Own your mistake contact you client. Stay well clear ZERO Stars!!
