Great firm. I highly recommend. My company has been using this firm for years and they've always done an outstanding job on our matters!

Not clear on paperwork. Not professional

Jim Slaughter has served as Parliamentarian for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association for many years. He always has our officers well prepared for the Board Meeting which has more than 250 Board Members. He takes the time to explain why or why not we should handle issues in a specific way, staying true to parliamentary rules. Some issues can be contentious and Jim helps our officers navigate the best way to avoid potential train wrecks. He leads with utmost professionalism. In addition, Jim has also allowed our Policy Committee Chairmen to lead at a higher level through training-- this training has led to more confidence in leading meetings with 50-150 voting members.

A very tiny bit of confusion caused the lack of 5 stars. But the swift dismissal of my case and several meetings held for briefings and discussions earned to better understand my circumstances, have earned this firm a solid 4 stars! I'll be back!

These folks are totally Unethical. "They are a warehouse for foreclosing on properties - that's their specialty." They try an take pride in taking homes to pay for HOA fees? They discriminate against certain people, they do not apply the same rules to every homeowner- They are in Bed with the HOA Board Members and Management Companies- We have folks in our neighborhood that have several violations of the CC&R and have not paid their HOA dues but if you are in the buddy system with the board they turn a blind eye. Our own VP of our HOA is in violation, but the management company nor these attorneys do anything about. Make certain you document an photograph any an all violations in your neighborhood. They send letters giving you option to pay over several months then next week send demand letter adding on hundreds of dollars for their legal fee's. They do not communicate with one another- One attorney or employee says one thing another says something totally different. When you try an correspond with them they do not respond. When you send mail certified they leave it sit in their PO Box- But yet demand money be in their office by certain date- As some other have stated- They probably could not make it in the real justice system so they sit an harass folks from behind a stamped envelope?? Little do they know, we will challenge them on all their impartial discriminating shenanigans. Folks, if you have or currently are receiving or have received this type of unethical behavior from these folks- We need to band together an start a class action lawsuit and please be certain to notify the Better Business Bureau.

The attorney Emily at this firm advised that she would be able to take my traffic case for the appointed date. She was going to charge me $300 and required to me to obtain my own driving record since I was out of state driver. They required all this information and then 7days before advised she could not be there to represent me. Terrible communication from her office and highly unprofessional. Do not recommend. Administrative staff appears to lack competence as well.

Our HOA was looking for a law firm that would service our legal needs. One important requirement, someone who would be responsive to us. We found that in Law Firm Carolinas. Attorneys Adam Marshall and Jonathan Raymer, with great patience and understanding guided our HOA through a land purchase and easement agreement. Due to the nature of this transaction it was several months before closing. I am forever grateful to Adam and Jonathan for their counsel and professionalism. Andrew Brower and Stephanie McIntire - 5 stars all day. I'd describe my experience as similar to reading a book. People you meet in chapter one (consultation) and decide it's worth the investment of time. I had another consultation with another agency but cancelled it after my initial Zoom with Andrew. I knew this was the team I wanted to align myself with. For me, interpersonal skills are equally important as professional experience. They just go hand it hand. Each phase of the probate process flowed smoothly and seamlessly. Each page and each chapter (step) along the way was unknown and my questions were always answered quickly, timely and professionally. I wish I knew all the answers but I don't. To make sure sure I understood, I felt completely comfortable asking the same question, sometimes twice. I never doubted or worried about anything along the way. Probate closed in January. I closed the book and feel like I'm better for finding Andrew and Stephanie.
