I’ve always had a great experience working with Ricci’s Law Firm, and this recent case was no exception. Case manager Cree and attorneys David and Jonathan made a fantastic team. Cree was exceptional from start to finish, bringing a level of warmth, empathy, and professionalism that made me feel genuinely cared for. She was always available to answer questions, provided clear explanations of every detail, and kept me updated on each step of the case. My first time needing a lawyer and they came through for me. Got hurt at work and I was not getting paid at first, which is why I was looking for a lawyer. I still had bills to pay with no income. I reached out to multiple lawyers before going with Ricci Law Firm. They had the best rates. One Law Firm wanted 20% of my weekly checks, my only income that was already cut down to 2/3 of a check. Ricci Law Firm didn't ask for anything until the final settlement which helped me out a lot. I felt like once it was proven i was hurt and they were responsible it became hard for me to reach workers comp. Once I signed with Ricci Law Firm, Hunter put in work and had my weekly checks coming within 2 weeks. Workers comp started contacting me and getting stuff set up at appropriate times. Hunter's assistant Jessica would respond anytime I had questions and if she couldn't answer she would make sure I could get in touch with Hunter. I appreciate all the hard work that was done behind the scenes that I didn't have to stress about. They made sure I received all my workers comp benefits, even ones I didn't know about. I am truly thankful for all the help during this long process. Definitely recommend

Too Brian Ricci only!! I have watched your commercials so many times and heard your catch phrases each time and for some idiotic reason by one of your call reps and a 2 minute denial from the lawyer, according to the rep, I was denied. I wanted " the thumbs up" guy and the "I want to win for you" guy to represent me. However, your associates treated me like I was "a redheaded stepchild". I really don't know if you are as good as you say. I wanted you to give me the respect I earned on my worker's compensation claim. If after you read this and you are intrigued, then I will fill you in on the rest of the story. Here is a picture of what my former company did to me.

Absolutely terrible! If you need an injury attorney, do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else. They won't return a phone call and you will have no clue as to what's happening with your case. You won't hear from them for months on end . Update: Per your request, I did call and speak with Ms. Vandiford. She was very courteous and polite but I have yet to hear from Brian Ricci. Just for the record, I had asked to speak with Brian Ricci on several occassions during the course of this case. I never heard from him.

100% recommend !! got into a wreck at 19 years old and even though i wasn’t granted a lot ! they still pulled through! LOVE THEM , they will not disappoint

They don't call you and let you know what's going on with your case as stated they would every two weeks you have to call them and find out what's going on I feel like I am the lawyer I had to gather my own paperwork and give it to them the assistant never knows anything it's been over a month since I signed my settlement paperwork over a month ago and still nothing no call nothing hard to get anything from these lawyers they always trying to throw you off for weeks at a time
