I had all but given up on my case and I'm probably not a good client and didn't want to talk to any lawyer and after several attempts to contact me i finally answered , after talking to Ricci Law Firm, i could see they cared they where sincere. I have had outstanding customer service from my case manager Brendan Bottoms. He helped speed up the process of my case and get the results I was looking for.
