My name is B. Hayden and I usually don't do reviews but I had to on Ricci Law Firm. In my field of work I have run into all kinds of people, both male and female of different ages, nationality, race or as some want to say ethnic backgrounds but good people are good people and when you come across them you should acknowledge them. Mr. Ricci's office manager Ms. Leonette Carter is AWESOME!!! She explained the paperwork I was signing in detail when the firm took my case. Ms. Leonette would listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and when I couldn't reach my attorney directed me to my attorney's paralegal and had her get in contact with me. Good job Mr. Ricci on hiring Ms. Carter. She is 'good people'!!! My paralegal MS. BRANDI WILLIAMS is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She's very knowledgeable of her job, very well spoken, awesome manners, and very pleasant. She's just a really really good person. If Brandi's on another call or busy and you leave her a message or email, she'll definitely get back to you within 24 hrs or less. Brandi listens to you and addresses any concerns you may have. She keeps you updated on your case, and if you have any questions or concerns then she doesn't make you feel like they're petty. She answers them to the best of her knowledge and if she doesn't know, she'll find out and get back to you with the answers. If Brandi was to ever become a lawyer I would hire her in a heartbeat. Mr. Ricci hit the lottery when he hired Brandi and I hope he realizes what an ASSET she is to his firm!!! Anyone/firm would be lucky and blessed to have Brandi with them!!! Thanks for box gift. B. My case settled at 25,000 I walked away with 6,900 after attorney fees and medical bills. I could have done this on my own without an attorney. I waited 3years for this case to end. I would find another law firm to represent me well if I were you. Not to mention I’m self pay and responsible for paying my own medical and the providers put a lien on my bills even though I don’t receive Medicare or Medicare and my bills were sent into collections l. 11,900 is what I feel I was taken from me but if I ever get in another accident I will never be getting a attorney. This a life learned lesson. Not to mention I was hit by a drunk driver. Very unsatisfied with my case.

Meredith Hinton did an awesome job on representing my case. I was involved in a auto accident and I was not at fault. She did all she could do to win for me. I'm happy with the settlement I received. Sherri, Meredith's assistant was great as well to work with. Sherri scheduled and handled my needs In an appropriate manner. They are currently working on one last detail of my case and I believe I will come out on top. I recommend these ladies if you need a lawyer for anything.

I had a good experience with Ricci Law firm, they were professional throughout my case.
