U can't never get them to call you back u go to hearing the person they sent from another law firm they know nothing about u .They asking u your problems before you see the judge then u get a letter denied u call them they say we have someone call u back bad law firm

I was recommended by a friend to Ricci Law Firm and I can say I was really pleased with their services. I remember when I made my first call I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what questions to really ask. This young lady picked up and got some information from me and then she said we can help you. She transferred me to Brian Ricci and we talked. Ever since that day I have been pleased with the way they work with me. I have called several times to speak with either Lindsay Freeman or Lynn Vandiford and if I couldn’t reach either one of them at that time they would call me back in the same day. I really love that because a lot of business will not return your call the same day sometimes it would be two or three days later. I would recommend them to my family or friends. They are GREAT people to handle your injuries.

I'm absolutely livid after having my case since Sept 9th seems it wasn't easy to get in contact with my attorney not to mention he wasn't even in the Greenville office someone had told me that there gd but from sept to Jan 6th I cant tell an the attorney never got back with me he had someone else call being I wasn't going to settle for a low amount both me an my babygirl injuries were severe to get a call saying they wouldn't be able to make me happy after I clearly stated what the at fault drivers insurance coverage was an told him.that wouldn't be enough seek after other assets so I would never reccomend them to anyone that's not how u handle business period . The star I gave was only to make others aware of what I went through for several months an still as of this day nothing was resolved
