Ricci Law Firm took my SSI case about a year and a half ago. I’m going to tell this in reverse chronological order. Christie from Awards was the absolute highlight of my experience with the entire group. She alone was completely refreshing after what seemed like a bad dream from previous conversations I had with others. She was professional, courteous and was efficacious in delivering pertinent information to The Social Security Administration and any questions I had for her. I believe her face should be on the sign as the Ambassador to Ricci Law Firm as she is truly your shining star. In today’s society, the “personal touch” has completely vanished but all 5 stars belong to her as she wipes out everyone preceding her. Thank you Christie! Brian Ricci Should value you greatly. My mom always told me (in reference to others at the group)...if you can’t say something nice then.....

To my lawyer Terris Richardson who is awesome and did a great job to Christie Hamilton who has been there for me through some trying times and went above and beyond to help me anyway she could. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you in a SS disability case, keep looking, they don't return our calls. After getting a denial from SS we were waiting for Ricci Group to appeal and do their job. After not hearing from them for months I call we finally got to speak to someone today. I was informed that they claimed to have sent a withdrawal letter to him which he didn't receive. Really, not sure I believe them. AGAIN THEY DON'T STAY IN CONTACT WITH THEIR CLIENTS !! I was looking for his review from months ago. It is ironic that it is nowhere on Google reviews. He gave them a bad review back in 2018. Why it isn't on here IDK.

Staff very helpful

Ricci law firm was wonderful from start to finish, they made everything easy and understandable and if I did have a question Sherri my case worker was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner.
