I had a good experience with Ricci Law firm, they were professional throughout my case. I was notified and informed about my case, via phone call, app, mail etc...my phone calls about questions I have regarding my case were returned promptly with answers.overall, I am happy with their service. I want to say thank you to Attorney Xavier, the case manager Shanique, Lynn and other staff members who have contributed with my case.

Some are good people, had a couple of head aches with some of the staff.. Tommy is a good attorney but what I didn’t like was the lies they told me, the amount they charged me.. which was higher than what we had agreed on, after all was ok.

My experience here was very good, my attorney reached out to me to make sure I was recovering well and made sure I had things being taken care of. They kept me up to date on any changes with my case and also everything was done correctly. I really appreciate the care and comfort that they presented to me on all levels. My questions were answered in a timely manner. If I had to leave a message the reponse was always within an hour. Raheema has been working with me gathering all needed information. Lynn was extremely professional and friendly. My lawyer Tom is doing everything possible to help me get a settlement. Hats off to the firm!
