I was a client of Mr Haggard for a number of legal issues..I recently had heart failure and I was there to see if he could contact my ex spouse since we both have used Mr Haggard..I'm trying to locate espouse to have served papers and to file divorce..Mr Haggard refused to contact him and I was told to leave premises on 80s heat..I explained my heart condition and that I was waiting on Uber..Still I was told they were gonna charge me with trespassing..I guess good reasoning prevailed and I caught my Lyft..I was going to Mr Haggard to handle divorce and he's made a lot of money for my services..I will no longer use his firm..His office moved and I was not notified..I think it's time he retire..

Highly recommended. I was going 90 in a 70 and it was considered a misdemeanor charge. All I had to do was sign the papers and take the Defensive Driving Class and they were able to get me off of the charges. No points got put on my license and I don’t owe anything. The firm was very professional throughout and are very responsive.

After an initial consultation with G. Clark Jones, (which I paid for, and was impressed by his expertise), I called and left three messages over a three month time period. I never even received a courtesy call to say "we can't help you in this matter." Just total silence. How disrespectful, unprofessional and cavalier. I'm hiring a competitor.

I live in VA and got a ticket for 19 over on a road trip to Wilmington. I was required to appear in court and would have had to miss a full day of work plus the travel expense so I called Haggard Law just to save me the trip. The price was very reasonable to handle the case and I figured they would get it reduced a little. Instead they got it dropped down to a civil ticket saving me more in insurance rates for a year than I paid in attorney fees. To top it all off, my fines and court cost were also covered in the fee. Google doesn't offer enough stars for this firm.
