Firm cancelled our first appointment without notification and then did not sent confirmation for the second appointment for more than 24 hours. The communication with them is quite poor. We decided to use another firm.

They were very professional and helpful to me and explained everything to my understanding . I really would recommend them to anyone who needs their help a lot of people recommended me to be honest they are great !

I have been working with Ricci law firm the past 3 months since my accident. Any questions I have had they have answered and explained to me so I understand what's going on. They have kept in touch with me throughout the process checking in, making sure I am getting the treatments I need. Dealing with my situation has been very stressful, but working with them I feel like everything will turn out ok.

I am very pleased with the care and support I received from Stacee Swank during the presentation phase for my case appeal. Each time I called she made time to talk me through my concerns and never made me feel as though I was a bother as I had been made to feel at times in the past. She was professional but yet very compassionate in taking the details needed. She truly was a breath of fresh air in a most stressful situation for me. I appreciate her patience when I had difficulty finding certain dates and other needed facts promptly. I feel as though Stacee is in the right area of service. She seems to have a true heart for people and what she is doing to help them. Thank you so much! Also, I dealt with Tiana Hinnant very briefly; however, she too made an impact on me through her detailed service. She called and briefed me on what to expect during the hearing and assured me that she knew what she was going to do and she did just that. I became very frustrated with the way the hearing was proceeding but Tiana interjected as she said she would with very pointed questions that brought out points that I felt really needed to be made; but, at that time, were not coming across very clearly through my answers. She made those rapid fire bulleted questions near the end that I feel allowed me the opportunity to be able to answer to my satisfaction with much necessary information for my case history. In my opinion, she indeed knew what she was doing and did it well. I too want to thank her for her assistance with my case.
