I would like to thank Ricci Disability Group for helping me with my disability claim. But I would especially like to thank Christie Hamilton with Ricci Disability Group. She over and beyond the call of duty to help me when no one else was listening, she listened to me and took action. Within a few days she had the answers I had been waiting for. This is true customer service. Christie Hamilton is the reason I decided to use Ricci Disability for a second time. While I am thankful for the Ricci Disability Group, I am truly grateful for people like Christie Hamilton that works for Ricci. I hope the owners of this company understand what a blessing they have in Christie Hamilton and reward her for her efforts. This law firm has way too many commercials on TV. The people he uses in his commercials are paid actors per the ads and not real clients. They also state that the settlements that he uses are dramatizations. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I just want to thank Stacey Swank my case work who has been working on my case. She after all my case workers that I have had she is the only one that has helped me and polite and was not rude to me like my other ones that I have had .she is one of the most helpful people I have had . Thank you so much for helping me and still helping me.

I had my disability heating in September 2018. I’m still waiting on a decision. I call st least once a week. My case worker never returns my calls so I have to call the main line to get the same status. I can never speak with Mr. Ricci only John who was the one who went tou hearing. I’ve called social security, the local office as well as the hearing office. As a former paralegal at a law firm, I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication and false information. If you are going for personal injury or workers compensation you may have better luck. 5 months and waiting while I’m About to lose everything. Melissa Fisher
