We lost our daughter in a car accident Christmas Day, 2021. After receiving the accident report, my husband and I went to Ricci Law Firm in Greenville and asked if someone would review the report and see if we should/could pursue a settlement for her children. We spoke with Meredith Hinton and Brian Ricci also came in to talk with us. Staff and attorneys have all been professional. I haven't talked with anyone the past several weeks, but was told the process could take a considerable amount of time. What can I say about the Ricci Law Firm? They are a phenomenal team, I had two cases a workers comp and a injury case. Ms. LeAnn Gerlach did a excellent job in in handling my workers comp case. I was so pleased that I asked her if she could handle my injury case. Mr. David Overton was attorney who handled my injury case. Mr. Overton went above and beyond to make sure that I received everything that I was entitled to. Mr Overton did research of the surgery that I had gone through and all . With my workman's comp, it got to the point where I needed a good lawyer. Thought about the guy standing on top of the 18 wheeler.They stood with me throughout the whole ordeal. I was never left out of the loop. I understand 5 is the limit, they deserve 7 star's. .High praise to my attorney, Leann Gerlach and her team, Rasheema,Allen and the 2 young ladies at the front desk, Marsha and Brittany.
