Jay Audino represented me with short notice, took my information and handled the situation very effectively and treated me fairly. He was very easy to talk to, and when he needed to speak on my behalf with another lawyer, was very professional yet assertive and got things done. He turned a confusing legal matter of mine into a solution I found satisfactory. Being I was out of town in another state, I felt vulnerable but he treated me like I was a local. His staff was also very effective. I would go back to him again.

In an emergency situation, involving a two state custody case, Jay came to our aid. We received emergency custody for our abused granddaughter. He then directed us towards another reasonably priced attorney in the other state. We've used Jay's services several times for other reasons since then. I wouldn't use anyone else but Jay.

I hired Mr. Audino to represent and defend me in a restraining order case. Mr. Audino proved to the court that the RO was issued based upon totally false and fabricated assertions. The Court dismissed the RO. Mr. Audino was also able to convince the Court to require the plaintiff to pay my attorney fees.
I recommend Mr. Audino without reservation.
