I got into a situation with a prior partner about custody of our child that was soon to be born. I bailed out an employee who was mistakenly jailed for Failure to Appear when he had actually been in the hospital. It has been over two years, and Mr. Davenport simply keeps getting continuances instead of finishing up the case. He has charged the employee at least $1600, and my $2500 in bail money has still not been released.
