I called yesterday to seek counsel for an employment issue. The legal assistant tone and mannerism was horrible. The assistant ask me to explain what I needed in a couple of words. The assistant told me that I dont think Ms. Leon can help you. I didn't understand how she came up with that conclusion when she limited me from explaining the best way possible for my call. Furthermore, you're an assistant and not the actual lawyer. I would think Ms. Leon should be telling me if she can help or not. Luckily, I contacted another lawyer and they just called to let me know they will take my case.

Failed to look at proof. Failed at looking more into detail. Decided what her decision was going to be 5 minutes into our $200 “non refundable” discussion on my case. And returned 100 percent of my money back because of these facts.
