I was charged with, well let’s just say “excessive speed” in Pitt County. Not being from the area, I reached out to my local law firm and they referred me to Matthew Davenport’s office. I sent a message and within a short time Matthew’s office sent me a contract and the rest is history. Like it didn’t happen kinda history. I had a very unusual situation that allowed for annulment. I was referred to Jon Nuckolls by some attorney friends of mine, as they said he had experience in trying such cases. From the beginning he was very kind and compassionate, but also strong. I felt comfortable telling him anything. He literally walked me to court from his office, walked me through the process, and got me through a difficult time. Things could not have gone smoother. I hope I never need to go through such a thing again, but if I do, Jon is who I am calling.
