I found myself trying to close a property on a short time frame, and was also shopping for a new legal firm. Both Heidi and Lucy not only jumps through several (legal) hoops to rush our closing, they also discovered title information that not even the title company had found. Communication was outstanding, and the price...well, let's just it was decidely lower that what we had jusst paid for another property.
Simply put, PMA will be by legal representation moving forward. I was not just pleased, but my best expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

I am in the process of trying to sue her. I do not recommend her. She has been holding onto the assets my estate for way too long.

I called Cynthia Schirmer in April to make a name change to my will. Finally I get a call in August to come in and sign the Revision. This is unacceptable to wait 4 months for the Revision to be completed. I am very disappointed in her! And then they charge me $250 for the simple change. Not a happy client.
