We recently retired to North Carolina, having moved from Florida after a 52-year career in the investment advisory business. Our clients were primarily conservative retirees and over that five-decade period, we were involved in the settlement of numerous estates for our clients. We worked with many estate planning attorneys, trust companies and other financial institutions and with that vast experience knew the type of attorney we did not want to retain. Since we had a Florida trust, we were looking for an estate planning attorney that was licensed both in Florida and North Carolina and we were fortunate to find Brad Henry. Our experience with Strauss Attorneys PLLC in Hendersonville, North Carolina has been nothing short of fantastic. At our age, we were long overdue to generate a Will or Trust to insure our assets would be properly distributed according to "Our Wishes" without interference from "outside sources".
