I consulted with two other law firms prior to choosing this firm. They were the most prompt with communication and availability. Shawna (legal assistant) always seemed available, knowledgeable of my case and the subject matter. When I visited the office I wasn’t feeling great. Shawna knew my case, what I needed and she answered my questions to an accurate level of detail when Ryan wasn’t available. I couldn’t ask for more. During my initial consultation with Ryan, he listened to the facts of my case and focused on making an accurate assessment of what could be done to assist me first and foremost. In other consultations, I experienced more of a sales pitch with some element of fear inserted to hurry the retention of the firm. I understand in every business a sale must take place at some point. Ryan’s consultation stood apart from the others providing the greatest value in advice, legal information and accurate assessment of costs. While in the courtroom, I noticed small details that I believe make a significant difference. Over the hour and a half of arguments for a motion of dismissal, Ryan carried an excellent presence with the Judge and his peers. He was dressed sharper than any of the other professionals in the courtroom on both days I was in court. His verbal articulation adjusted well to each moment in the court process. Understanding many factors affect the outcome of any given case, I believe Ryan’s expertise, professionalism, and experience gave me the strongest outcome possible.

If you're looking for an attorney who VERY routinely fails to keep appointments, respond to emails (which I started sending so lack of EVERYTHING could be documented), and help your ex get away with things like, literally, cutting a jointly owned home in half, Mr Bradley is the attorney for you. He's been diligently trying to find time for well over two years to speak with Henderson County Sheriff’s office about criminal charges for thousands of dollars worth of heavy equipment, personal possessions, vehicles being damaged, the home destroyed, and many other things. And then today I'm told by his very friendly (🤣) assistant that he's met my imaginary twin NUMEROUS times at the magistrates office to handle what the magistrate said she had already told Mr Bradley she couldn't do, when he had me miss time from work and travel from another state, knowing she couldn't. At one point, his office even contacted stating he was asking for an appointment, which was scheduled and not kept and rescheduled and not kept. I FINALLY got to speak with him MONTHS later when we had court. Now, after trying for the past 3 weeks to get an appointment he arranged after missing three appointments in less than 2 weeks, I have less than 1 week to find a REAL attorney to file a response to a lawsuit filed by my ex. If you're in need of an attorney, PLEASE spend a little more on a reputable one.

I hired Mr. Bradley for both my civil case and criminal case filed against me by my ex-girlfriend who lives in Tryon NC. I live in Southern California. It was a 7 year long distance relationship that we ended in January 2021. Both cases were held at the Hendersonville County Courthouse in NC. I was court ordered to attend both appearances. She also had an attorney and a Women's Abuse Advocate with her to represent her in court. I have a clean record and never physically abused her in any way in the 7 years that we dated. Mr. Bradley went into both cases fully prepared and did a great job in defending my rights and getting both cases dismissed! The plaintiff was not happy about the decisions after the judge heard both sides and sided with my defense in both trials. Justice was served! No fines, no court fees, no jail time...nothing! PLUS, Mr. Bradley's fees were lower than I had expected! I highly recommend Mr. Ryan Bradley to anyone looking for a quality attorney with a proven track record. He'll fight for you!
