Very professional and prompt with their services

No a honest firm!

Theresa is a direct, diligent and empathetic lawyer who provides solution oriented services. She was a steady and supportive pillar during my divorce process, and ensured the collaborative process remained collaborative. Highly recommend and appreciate Theresa!

My wife and I met with Mr. Massagee on March 16, 2020 to talk about drawing up our wills. When I didn’t hear back from him, I talked with his receptionist a month later on April 13 and asked for an update on what was happening. She said she would pass my request on to him. When I didn’t hear from him, I called on May 4 and again talked with the receptionist who again said she would pass my request on to him. It is now May 14 and I have still not heard from Mr. Massagee. I have contacted his receptionist and asked her to tell him that we would no longer be needing his services. She said she would pass the message on to him.

I have been very tied in to the Public Service & Courts systems for my entire adult life. I am well versed in the stereotypes of most attorneys and, sadly most times they fit, Not so here. I live out of state. I had a complicated matter that I needed help to determine the appropriate path to resolve the matter. (no details, but I would have been the Plaintiff.). I found my way to Ms. Weber. I provided my background and history to Ms. Weber and then advised of the matter. She advised that she would have to research relevant case law and further advise. I sent my retainer and our relationship was formed. Several weeks later, I was contacted by Ms. Weber... not her assistant or a clerk. She advised me of the copious research she performed, various precedents and her opinion that, with no precedents to argue proceeding would be lengthy and yield unknown results. At her suggestion, I decided to let the matter pass and let God deal with it. At this point, I was solely impressed with her kindness, professionalism and candor. Little did I know what was to come. Ms. Weber actually returned to me greater than 90% of my retainer. Have you ever had a firm return your retainer? in 30 years, every one I have dealt with focuses on racking up billables and keeping it in it's entirety, if not charging you more. Frankly, I was flabbergasted. I didn't know how to react. The moral of the story is this... if you want an intelligent, professional, knowledgable and caring attorney, grab Ms. Weber before the other party involved scaps her up! I am truly impressed. Ms. Weber recently assisted us with the adoption of 2 children. This was not a straightforward situation but she was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. We were able to compete the process in about half the time I had anticipated.
