He worked on our litigation case for 2 yrs and at each meeting he asked the same questions like he had just started the case for us. He did a terrible job on the two times we went to court and I believe he lost us the case due to his incompetence.

Neil Stanifer is the worst attorney ever. $8000 to file the case against the builder that stole our money and did nothing for us. We went to court twice and he batched the case both time. Every meeting he would ask us the same questions and after two years he had no idea what the case was about. We fired him

Attorney Eugene M. Carr, III was simply amazing. God used this man to assist with my divorce and seeking custody in 2012. He allowed me to make payments until the debt was paid in full. I'm forever grateful to him and no matter where I move I will contract his office! Although this review is over a decade late it is still more than relevant. Best lawyer office in western NC.

Hired them for a speeding ticket and was told it would get dropped or at least lowered to improper use of equipment, had a few issues and only got down to 9 over! (Which a public defender can do for free) big waste of time and money

Very similar review as previous person. He messed up dates repeatedly, did not properly file out the paperwork, he would not respond in a reasonable time frame. He probably has caused one of my worst tenants to stay in the apartment for much longer than if I never hired him.

I’ve been dealing with Mr. Stanifer for almost a year now. He is currently(last 3/4 months) not doing his job, or seems to not be doing his job. I’ve reached out several times with no response, via email and phone. It is like pulling teeth from an alligator to get anything from him. I’m not sure if it’s because we are from a different city or what. If he doesn’t want to handle the case I feel he should please resign from it so we can have to reassigned. I feel as if this attorney has left us in the cold with no blanket. I don’t know if the whole firm is this way or just this particular attorney but please be cautious.
