Mr Stepp has assisted my family/friends numerous times. He is extremely intelligent about the law, more than that he's honest!!! He doesn't sugar coat anything. in my particular case he washed able to win by presenting the facts in a way that couldn't be disputed. He has answered questions even before he was retained. Although he stays busy, he is always willing to communicate clearly what he can do and the results he expects, and hasn't given false hope. I had called NUMEROUS attorneys prior to him, none of them had ever handled a case like mine, including him, yet he was willing and EXTREMELY capable! I not only won my case but left court feeling as if the heavy stress I had felt had been lifted off my shoulders! Thank you! Now doing a case with a close family member. When I consider Chris Stepp’s character, I am reminded of Rudyard Kipling’s “If-”. Stepp is a portrait of integrity, unassuming confidence, and unparalleled proficiency. He seeks to identify his client’s top values in life and fight to protect them, an extraordinary quality in an attorney. To the individual who would dare say anything negative concerning Mr. Stepp – I urge you to take a judicious look at yourself. Are your expectations unreasonable? Are you misrepresenting yourself and your situation? Are there ways you should have conducted yourself differently? This review would not be complete without observing the ladies in the office. They behave with a sophistication and grace that is vastly lacking in today’s legal arena. I notice and appreciate this. They also seem to genuinely care. I imagine it would be nearly impossible to do their job and not seem cynical over time. Only a sound mind can suffer maltreatment from some individuals yet not transfer negativity onto the next client. This office is interested in your story; they allow you to convey your own narrative and listen in an unprejudiced manner. Contrary to many attorneys offices who are self serving, the Stepp office serves the people. You are not just another cog in the wheel of society, brick in the wall, or dollar in their bank account. The client has an identity and will be treated with dignity and respect.
