Mr. Stallings is very professional and genuinely cares for his clients.

He comes highly recommended around the area for sure. I've met with him on 2 occasions for 2 separate matters. The first was for a criminal misdemeanor charge and I only ended up in his office after being quoted prices over $1000 at another local attorney's office who also told me I'd even be doing jail time when it was all said and that was the best possible outcome supposedly. I decided to get a second opinion from Mr. Stallings instead and am so glad I did. He took probably 45 minutes out of his bust schedule to sit face to face with me and proceeded to tell me how he would handle it and his price and outcome which would've have been $500 instead of the $1000 from the first lawyer and also included no jail time....and he wouldn't even take his $500 fee. He gave his time and his knowledge to me for no cost and for no reason I'm aware of other then that's just the sort of man he is. Speaks volumes to me on his quality. The 2nd matter I mentioned was a traffic citation I was being made to actually appear in court for multiple times until I payed Mr. Stallings $250 for his to have it dismissed and he made sure I never had to be in the court room from the moment he represented the matter on my behalf. He's earned a customer for life here. Only I don't plan on having any need Nathan! Sorry for that but THANK YOU!

Mr.Stallings is the best attorney in western north Carolina in my opinion He listens,he fight tooth and nail for his clients. He has a great personality and he is a very knowledgeable attorney. I highly recommend him.
