Wonderful staff

Caroline helped me to move my elderly husband into a new nursing home, provided me with the support I needed to make critical decisions for his care, and I am highly recommending the office to those who need assistance with delicate and complicated legal issues.

This woman and her group is out to take your money. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. NO VERBAL agreements are kept by this group. They do NOT return calls and like ALL lawyers, once they have your money they don't do a damn thing!

Monica went above and beyond to help me with my case! She spent five days in trial for me and was incredible, to say the least. She was aggressive and asked all the questions I wanted her to ask and more. If you are a mom, she is the best attorney in Henderson County for child custody! She cares and will work hard for you! No, attorneys aren't cheap, but the cost is worth it for a good one. She's worth every penny!

I do not know how she even lives with herself. Personally, I cannot believe I trusted her. She took thousands of dollars from me, did not help me fight for my child, and then in the end was cruel, and none of the workers were even compassionate or sympathetic to say the least of circumstances. They were rude to me, and did NOT do what I hired them to do. I am seriously disappointed that this lady even deceives people into thinking she is going to work for them, on their behalf.

I am so glad that I found a law firm that won't take your money and run these folks will do everything that they say they will do. Monica and her team has represented me in a few different things, and have always took care of my needs quickly and efficiently always making you feel at home while coming to their office hands down the best law firm in town

We used Monica Stallings to represent us in a child custody case. She managed to drag it out for a solid year with no results. She is never available for phone calls or emails. She is slow and lazy with a horrible attitude. She is consistently late even to court. We spend many many thousands of dollars on her representation yet she treated our case like it mattered very little. We received constant calls to deposit more money, even when she could not show us that any work had been done. We ended up firing her and getting a new lawyer who was able to quickly handle our case to our advantage and settle something Stallings failed at repeatedly. The woman is lazy, dim and ineffective. Not at all the person to choose when your children are on the line. I wish we had dumped her sooner, but it all worked out eventually. Learn from our mistake and hire a smarter, action oriented lawyer who actually listens.
